參加者請注意

• 由於名額有限,只接受全時間參與營會的參加者。
• 十二歲或以下的參加者在營會期間必須要有成人陪同。
• 請攜帶足夠 6 天使用的衣物和個人用品 (如牙刷,牙膏,毛巾等), 及攜帶枕頭套,被套和床單,或睡袋。
• 請勿攜帶貴重物品,若有損失,大會恕不負責。
• 嚴禁攜帶寵物。
• 請自行購買旅遊和意外保險。

交通方式

• 駕車：選擇駕車入營的參加者，請在你的GPS 或Google Map 搜尋“Sjöviks Folkhögskola, Sverige”。
• 火車：請購買到 “Avesta Krylbo” 火車票，大會將會安排從火車站到營地的接送。

Covid-19 相關事項

不建議您參加夏令會,如果…

• 您在營地前 1 週與 Covid-19 患者有過密切接觸
• 您已年滿 18 歲且未接種過 2 次或以上新冠疫苗,或在夏令會前 6 個月內未感染過新冠
• 您最近感染了 Covid-19,營會開始前尚未康復(康復期最少 2 週)

退款條件

如果您由於 Covid-19 原因無法參加夏令營,並且可以出示檢測呈陽性的證明,則您有資格獲得全額退款。如果您屬於這中種情況下,請聯繫 summercamp.nccc@gmail.com

其他說明

• 強烈建議在營地前進行抗原測試
• 如果您有任何症狀(流感/咳嗽),需要在抵達時或營地前進行陰性 PCR/抗原檢測
• 可以戴口罩,但不必需

Important

• Due to limited capacity, the conference accepts only full-time attendants.
• Attendants aged 12 or below must be accompanied by an adult.
• Bring sufficient clothing and toiletries for 6 days.
• Bring either bed sheets or a sleeping bag.
• Do not bring valuable items. The conference is not responsible for any losses.
• Pets are prohibited.
• Purchase your own traveling insurances.

Transportation

• By car: Search for “Sjöviks Folkhögskola, Sverige” on your GPS or Google Map
• By train: Book tickets to ”Avesta Krylbo” station. Pick-up from the train station will be arranged.

COVID-19 Mitigation

It is not recommended for you to attend the camp if…

1. You have been in close contact with covid-19 patient 1 week before the camp.
2. You are 18+ years old and have not taken 2 or more vaccinations OR have not had covid-19 within 6 months before the camp.
3. You have had covid-19 recently and have not recovered by 2 weeks before the camp.

Refund Policy

If you are not able to attend the camp due to covid-19 reasons and can show a proof of positive test, you are eligible for full-refund. In those cases, please contact summercamp.nccc@gmail.com

Other Instructions

• It is highly recommended to take an antigen test before the camp.
• Should you have any symptoms (flu/cough), a negative PCR/antigen test is required upon arrival or before the camp.
• You may use mask, but it is not mandatory.
